While connecting with like-minded business owners within the industry of providing affordable website design and website hosting to small businesses throughout our region. I came across this post by Jeff Desjardins, written and submitted to Business Insider

I found this post to be enlightening as it encompasses the very nature of small business failure within America. In fact, as the owner of a small website design agency serving the Eastern Tennessee region, I know first-hand the difficulties discussed therein. Through my experience of working with small businesses to gain the online visibility the need to survive, thrive, and be successful online, it is paramount to provide a service, product-base, or niche that is in demand by the populace as a whole. You could have the best idea in the world; however, if it is not in demand then chances are it will not succeed. In addition to this, if you, as the business owner, are not putting forth your best efforts to promote the very concept your business is built on, then you won’t succeed. It goes without saying that this takes drive and determination, early mornings, late nights, and even weekends to pull-off.
